The Data protection training by LNDS is a modular e-learning supporting application of data protection law in the context of the secondary use of data. The focus of the training is on the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is divided in two courses, GDPR Basics and GDPR Advanced. In this second course, GDPR Advanced, you will dive into more advanced knowledge of the application of GDPR through the following modules:
1. Secondary use
2. Transparency
3. Fairness and data subjects' rights
4. Minimisation
5. Accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
6. Pseudonymisation, encryption and anonymisation
Requirements
Advanced GDPR training is designed for individuals who need a deeper understanding of their responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This training goes beyond the basics and covers more complex scenarios related to data protection. Participants learn about the various types of data covered by the GDPR, the seven fundamental principles of data protection, and their role in enforcing and managing compliance. Additionally, the training explores individual rights, breach notification procedures, and the creation of effective policies to safeguard data.
